Personal Training
We offer two types of personal training sessions (1-on-1 and Bring a Friend). After clicking on the option that you are interested in, you will be asked to select the number of sessions and length of session. The price will update once those options are selected.
A one-on-one fitness assessment is provided for free after purchasing a personal training package. These assessments are delivered by a Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP) certified trainer. Assessments begin at the start of a client's program and can be used to track progress and increase motivation.

Fitness Classes & Bootcamps
We currently offer 3 types of fitness classes. One is a full-body bootcamp in-person, while the other two are online classes that you can access from home. Click on each for details.
